Description
This introductory printmaking course offers a through foundation in relief carving techniques, with a focus on hands-on learning using archival practices. Emphasizing personal and environmental safely, students will develop essential skills like carving, printing, and material selection. Perfect for beginners, this course equips students with the knowledge to confidently explore the art of printmaking. This course is 8 weeks long and regular attendance is mandatory as this is a step-by-step process.

Inks can be expensive, students may wish to discuss splitting costs to buy a set to share. Inks are not needed for the beginning stages. I highly recommend Caligo Safewash Relief Inks.
