Painting Fun for Children and Tweens with Kristine Mancuso

Do you like to paint or wish you could paint? This is the course for you! In this class students will learn the fundamentals of art. The emphasis is on creativity and fun! Brush technique, blending, shading, color theory, drawing, design and composition are some of the skills we will develop and practice. Artists will learn to work with watercolors, acrylics, water soluble oils, graphite and watercolor pencils. This class is student driven so week-to-week could either be drawing or painting and is suitable for beginners or more experienced artists.
