A practicing and teaching artist, Ellie has been employed as a master printer for two Franklin Mint series, Illustrator and Art Director for the Kenmore Stamp Co. Milford, NH., Illustrator, layout and pasteup artist for the Broadcaster Newspaper, Nashua NH., SoftSide Computer magazine, Milford NH. and New Hampshire Magazine, Manchester NH.
For the past 18 years she has been teaching art at local New Hampshire schools; The Villa Augustina, Goffstown, NH, where she taught grades 2-8 for ten years, St. Thomas School in Derry, NH, she still teaches grades 1-6, and The Currier Art Center, where she teaches drawing, watercolor, and a number of summer art camps over the past ten years. Since 2010 she has been teaching at New Hampshire Institute of Art & Sharon Arts Center where she teaches Beginning Drawing, Figure Drawing and Portfolio prep. to teens and adults.
Ellie studied graphic design at Rivier College,Nashua NH. drawing and printmaking at University of New Hampshire, Durham, NH. and Santa Raparata, Florence Italy. She received her Bachelors of Fine Art and Masters of Fine Art from The New Hampshire Institute of Art, Manchester, NH.
