Zentangle Art: Zentangle Hamsa Workshop with Lynda Abbot CZT
Date: Saturday, August 21
Where: Creative Ventures Gallery at 411 Nashua Street in Milford
Ages: teen to adult – beginner to advanced tanglers
The symbol of the hand dates back centuries and represents many different things in multiple cultures and religions. We will create this beautiful unique art by simply tracing your hand and adding multiple patterns, designs and color in a way of expressing yourself and what represents you.
The Zentangle method can decrease your stress and anxiety while letting your creative side grow.
“We believe that life is an art form and that each person is an artist. The Zentangle Method is an elegant metaphor and model for inspiring a deliberate artistry life.” Rick and Maria, founders of the Zentangle Method.
This will be an in-person workshop unless you call CVG and have the zoom link sent to you.
Materials provided: Micron pen, Zentangle pencil, Tortillon (a blending tool), 9×12 inch art paper, scrap paper. You may bring your own pens/pencils if you prefer.
Please bring your own colored pencils, pens or markers. Colored pencils will be made available to share for those that do not have them.
